• Orders can be shipped worldwide. Please note that all Retail Packaged DVDs are region free NTSC (North American TV format) and San Diego Boy Productions is not responsible for Customs or other foreign country restrictions.
• All orders are shipped in 24-48 hours unless otherwise requested.
• All $3.00 shipping orders are sent out by US Postal Service 1st Class Mail. Priority Mail with a 2-3 day delivery time is available for an additional fee. International orders are shipped Global Priority US Mail with a 7 day delivery time. Additional shipping fees may apply.
• All orders are sent discreetly in a plain padded envelope or by Priority Mail box packaging with SDB Productions as the return address.
• All DVDs are checked before shipping. If you have a problem with a DVD, please contact us.
• Please note that all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges except for defective materials.
